We have facilities in Hull, Scarborough, Driffield, Dewsbury and Doncaster for quick and easy access to the road networks, ensuring we are well placed to deliver to site, quickly and efficiently. For over 30 years we have completed contracts for numerous large companies and for many private clients. We employ over 70 operatives and management. Our fully qualified work force is continually trained to meet the industry standards, and all operatives have CSCS and CPCS accreditation, with many also holding street works qualifications.

Directors are contactable at all times and ready to give consultancy advice and cost effective quality solutions. We are also fully CHAS accredited.

WE TAKE OUR RESPONSIBILITIES SERIOUSLY

Because of the nature of the work we do, it’s vital that every member of the BDS team is properly trained and highly skilled. We make use of several industry recognised schemes to ensure we can demonstrate this.

All BDS staff are CSCS certified, DBS checked and hold the relevant qualifications to meet site and highway legislation. Plant operatives have CPCS certificates and the majority of our workforce have got SWQR qualifications. With this in mind, you can be absolutely confident that the team working on your project have all the necessary skills.

FULLY ACCREDITED FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND

As a company, BDS Yorkshire are CHAS registered and have gained a Certificate of Safety Policy Acceptance from East Riding Council. BDS is also a member of the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents and holds a Gold Certificate of Commitment to CSCS. We are an HICS Accredited Member. We have also achieved ISO 9001:2000 accreditation.

We are also a member of the Federation of Small Businesses, The Quality Assurance Association and have gained a Skills Pledge Certificate from the Department of Innovations, Universities and Skills.

We hold public liability insurance to the value of £5,000,000 and employer’s liability insurance of £10,000,000.
